Ulvi Mehdiyev Ramiz 

Born on January 30, 1985 in Baku.

Education:

Graduated from Bachelor and Master Degree in law faculty of Baku State University.

Labor Activity:

Worked as advisor and leading consultant of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice in 2006-2009.

U.Mehdiyev worked as a consultant in the law-enforcement department of the President Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2009-2012.

Since 2012, he has been working as a sector manager in law enforcement agencies of the President Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 13 February 2014.

Appointed Chairman of the State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27 April 2018.

He speaks English and Russian.

Married, has 3 children.
